Many issues can be resolved by simply restarting the app. If you are having problems, try this first.
If restarting the app doesn’t help, try restarting your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
If all else fails, consider uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it again. Just be aware that removing the app will erase any data stored by it.

You will need to have an Internet connection on your device when you start the app. Then it can download all the puzzles, artwork, and sounds. Once downloaded, you won’t need to be connected to the Internet any more to enjoy the app.
You probably need to either turn up the volume or flip the silent switch.
On the iPhone and iPod touch you can find the volume buttons and ring/silent switch on the side of the device.
On the iPad you can also find the buttons and switch on the side of the device, but you many have the switch configured to lock screen rotation instead. You can read more about the iPad silent switch on Apple’s support website.
